Income tax Refund

My issue is , if i filed individual income tax return after due date of filing of the return, will i get my refund of income tax.

Yes; if you are entitled for it.
Legal provisions are that you should make a claim for refund after filing.
Even you will be paid interest on TDS.

Yes you can get your refund evenif you file after due date but before time. IT Dept. also compute your Tax & Refund Calculation after they send refund to you by cheque or direct credit...if you have written you a/c no. & micr code in ITR.. Properly
