We are eligible for income tax refund but an intimation has come from IT Dept that refund is adjusted against Sec 143(1) & 1431a.
What are the implications of this intimation??

check your previous years intimations.
in your previous years demand is arose that is adjusted in current year intimation.
you have to file rectification and choose option "taxpayer correcting mistake in rectification"
choose reason that adjusted demand
put your xml file
