Income tax refund

for a/y 2011-12 my income is Rs. 552815
hence my tax lia is 45900 bt as per form 16 they give me relief u/s 89 Rs. 27305 bt they deducted my TDS Rs. 45900
now can i claim refund
pl let me know full procedure.

WHY YOUR EMPLOYER HAS MENTIONED RELIEF OF RS. 27,305/- IN FORM 16.
