MY BOSS STILL NOT GET INCOME TAX REFUND AMOUNT 3LAC FOR A.Y. 2011-12 AND 2LAC FOR A.Y.2012-13.
SHE IS FILING INDIVIDUAL RETURN.
FRIENDS PLZ SUGGEST ME FOR THE SAME.

In case of e filing check the refund status online.
In case of paper return write a letter on plain paper to ITO wit relevant details and request to speed up the refund process.
