07 December 2012 Sir,

I have filed the IT returns (online) for the AY 2011-12 with a refund amount, I checked the status in incometax website it is showing: ITR processed refund determined & sent out to refund banker... I did not receive any amount till date...

what i must do to get the refund amount....?

08 December 2012 Wait for some time. If still not received than make request for reissue of refund on income tax site.

Sir,

Please check the whether you have mentioned Bank account details in the form that you filed online. Please login to "Incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in" and check the form that was filed by you. In that form check whether Bank account details were filled in the respective area.

Alternative 2: Call to CPC tollfree No "18004252229". In that you check the refund status.
