is Surcharge and Educess applicable for income tax calculation of company for the financial year 2009-10?

If net profit is more than 1 cr, then sucharge is applicable.
Ed cess is apply even if profit is any amount.
i.e if net profit is less than or equal to 1 cr then rate is 30.90%
if profit is more than 1 cr then rate 33.99%
