Dear Sir , I work as free lancer and ship Fashion Products and Car Parts in The united States. I receive money through PayPal , So Is that mandatory to file a return ? How i can do that ? My annual growth not exceed more than 3 Lack this Year. Please suggest me , SO that i can do business in a Good way.

Yes You are required to file your income tax return in India as your global Income in Taxab;e and you are Resident individual for tax purpose in India. 3 lacs attracts taxes of around Rs. 3000
