23 March 2011 If a person lived & worked in delhi at rented home & pay rent Rs6000 Per month & he has been also taken home loan of rs 18lac since 2008 & his home is situated at Ghaziabad, so he availed both facility HOuse Rent Allowance & Ded U/s 80C as prinicpal of loan amount & ded u/s 24(b) from Income from income from house property but his NAV is nil.plz solve my problem....

24 March 2011 if your own house is not situated in working place then you can avail the benefit of HRA and also 80C sub.to max. of Rs. 1 lacs and 24(b) max. to Rs. 1.5 lacs
