i have completed my M.COM and i have good knowledge of Income tax and sales tax . now i want to do practice into the same . is any practioner certificate is required for that ? please help me

no specific certificate requiered, knowldege is the best certificate which you already have.
though lawyers and CAs do practice in these fields, but there's no such condition, any one can do the same.
though you can do different courses for the same as per your choice.
