As you have passed B. Com, you are eligible to apply for ITP (Income Tax Practitioner). What you have to do is to apply to the commissioner of Income of the area under whom you fall with an application and attach with it the B. Com pass certificate. Before that you have to appear in any to or three cases with any senior then you will get ITP certificate
