29 December 2009 Mr. B purchased a flat from Mr. A (who purchased of RS 50000 in 2001-02) of rs 300000 in 2005-06 but registry not made but power of atorney given, now Mr. C want to purchase from Mr. B of Rs 1000000 in 2009-10 and he want the registry in his name. I want to know the income tax liability of Mr. A & Mr. B
