Income tax notice more than 2 lac payment to credit cards

Respected Sir,
My income is Non Taxable and not getting salary on paper but cash. I do have Credit Cards, I used these card to use money to deal my financial problems. I used to get money by swiping Credit Cards at rate of 2.5% to 3% charges from some vendors. I done these transactions and paid to Credit Card companies on time but these transactions value exceeds the limit. ITD given me notice for not filing IT for AY 2014-15 with reason of query "Paid Rs. 200000/- or more against Credit Card bills"
Kindly guide me through how to respond to this query raised by ITD.
