Income tax not received from govt. for last five year

14 March 2016 Dear Members,

What procedure is required for received income tax refund from Govt. because of our NGO Trust not received IT Refund from Govt. for last five year. & when i see refund status it shoes that
1) Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
2) If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.
Please suggest me, how can i received IT Refund from Govt.

14 March 2016 you have to check your intimation u/s 143(1) whether IT dept. intimate you about your refund or not.

14 March 2016 and for manually filed return you have to ask the a.o for refund of the particular assessment years
