Login to the client account in the IT website. There you will find submit response to sec139(9).
u have to type remarks and upload XML file of corrected return.
Download AY 2016-17 ITR java utility and select in the Information that return filed in response to sec139(9) notice and u have to mention notice ref no. date etc and upload that xml in the website
