ONE OF MY CLIENTS RECD.ORDER U/S. 139 (9) TREATING THE RETURN AS INVALID RETURN. FOR A.Y. 2016-17.

RETURN FILED AFTER DUE DATE.I.E 23.03.2017.

SO, WHAT TO DO ?

CAN I REVISED RETURN ? IF REVISED UNDER WHICH SECTION ?

15 August 2017 Login to the client account in the IT website. There you will find submit response to sec139(9).
u have to type remarks and upload XML file of corrected return.
Download AY 2016-17 ITR java utility and select in the Information that return filed in response to sec139(9) notice and u have to mention notice ref no. date etc and upload that xml in the website
