Is there any Income tax exemption available to Units registered as NON STP with Software Technology Park of India

One of the benefit which I can foresee is as per G.S.R. notification 127 (E), units eligible to apply for recognition under the program of startup. Post getting recognition a Startup may apply for Tax exemption under section 80 IAC of the Income Tax Act.
