Income Tax Efiling Portal Registration as CA

25 August 2021 1.1 I am a Newly (Jan21) Qualified CA
1.2 I was Already Registered My PAN in the Efiling Portal including DSC(old)
1.3 I was trying to Registered myself as CA in the Efiling Portal. But the Portal was not allowed me to Registered due to Error i.e. The Name of PAN and Membership (as per ICAI) is not the Same.
2.1 Name Change/Transaction History
2.2.1. Change in My Aadhaar Profile Name – Done
2.2.2. Change in My PAN card Name – Done
2.2.3. Change in My PAN Efiling Profile Name – Done
2.2.4. Change in My SSP ICAI Portal Membership Card Name – Done

Please Advice on my Issue

25 August 2021 I think some of my friends also facing same type of problem.
I also guess that This type of Error was specially for New Registration in the Portal and Unique to person with some First Name Mismatch.

hint Income Tax Grievance also raised for this matter on Today.

22 September 2021 The problem is still not solved. Those already registered are also finding it difficult to amend their registration or register DSC. So, wait till the portal gets fully functional.
