Income tax efiling error of a company audited under sec 44ab

10 August 2013 I AM GETTING FOLLOWING ERROR WHILE UPLOADING THE XML OF THE COMPANY.

"THE XML SCHEMA IS INVALID.PLEASE UPLOAD THE XML THE CORRECT SCHEMA
"AT LINE NUMBER 60:INVALID CONTENT WAS FOUND STARTING WITH ELEMENT 'ITR FORM:AUDITEDBYACCOUNTANTFLG'.ONE OF '{HTTP://INCOMETAXINDIAEFILING.GOV.IN/CORPMASTER".AUDITREPORTFURNISHDATE,"HTTP://INCOMETAXINDIAEFILING.GOV.IN/CORPMASTER".AUDITORNAME}'IS EXPECTED.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE SOLUTION FOR THIS ERROR.

11 August 2013 copy the xml in other drive and open and see line item 60...

and correct the same in excel utility and generate xml again and submit xml

your error may be because you opted yes for 44AB but ca details not provided

however to resolve this you need to open xml and verify once
