Dear All,
While uploading E-Return of the Company, the following error occur:
Error in Upload of ITR
SIGNATURE_VALIDITY is false
Please rectify the Above error(s) and upload your return again
Please guide me to rectify the aforesaid error.

the other option is to upload the ITR without D.Sig and take prnt out of the acknowledgement and send it by Speed post to CPC B'lore.
