14 December 2011 I filled my I-Tax Return for FY 2010-11 through E Filing in the month of June"2011, and recd acknowledgment on july-2011 and its a refund case, around 45,000\=, still its pending, when i call at CPC, what they said its a under process and wait for 3 to 6 months.
And few pending return i filled in the months of Sep"2011 and its above amount refund case and this refund and AO u\s 143 received.
should i complain to whom???

14 December 2011 Have some patience dear. No need to complain anywhere. You will receive refund sooner or later. You must be very young person. Some of my assessee's have still waiting for the refund of A.Y. 2008-09. There is a system to issue the refund order. It may take some time . Plz calm down. You will waste your time & money in making the complaints. Lower authorities can not make any change in the computerised system.
