i have totally forgot my password of user id i.e. PAN no. also secret question to retrieve password for income tax e-filing website
how can i get the same please help me

Send a mail on the following email id- validate@incometaxindia.gov.in and mention the following details.
Subject- Reset password
Name-
Father's Name-
Address-
Date of Birth-
PAN No-
After this you will receive a mail from the department with a new password within 3 days.Enter that password and u need to reset that password immediately on login.
