Dear Sir,
I would like to know how to get Income Tax Consultant Certificate from the Income Tax Department, I mean the the Criteria or the Rules. I have several TDS as well as Individual Clients for more than last 3/4 years. I wish myself to become a Consultant in this field & to provide better services to my clients.

To start your practice as a tax consultant, you dont need any certificate from the Income tax Department.
Also the Income tax Dept. doesnot issue any Income tax Consultant Certificate for people rendering services as tax consultants.
