income tax & computation of income of lic agent

I am a LIC Agent and I have got commission Rs.80000/- for 2010-11 and tax deducted about Rs.8000/- Kindly let me know how do I file income tax return and what form to be filled in.
You may file your return under ITR4 under the heads Profits and Gains from Business and Profession. You will get full refund of your amount if you are maintaining books of accounts for your Business
