Income Tax and Profession Tax exemption for handicapped

I would like to know if there is any exemption under prof tax, karnataka for physically handicap member who also works with a govt. orgn. Kindly fwd the website link as well.

if a person is diabled more than 80% then he is exempt from porf.tax
in income tax u/s 80U a person who is diabled less than 80% & more than 60% then rs 50000/- is exempted more than 80% 75000/- is exempted from tax
