21 June 2011 i can deducted TDS on salary and filed ETDS returns after i verify the salary statement i deducted TDS is less than the actual TDS on salary
Now i can file revised return or
i can issue form 16 with tax payable and The assessee paid self assessement taX for short amount of TDS?
please give me suggestion

21 June 2011 It is advisable to pay short deduction and revise the return otherwise notice from Itax Dept will come for short deduction and you will have to explain the whole case.

equal or greater.
