There is no need to learn sections. It u read it i will be beneficial. if u dont read then there is no harm

Yes Anand is right. If u can learn the sections then it will beneficial to you, but always remember in the exams that if you mention the wrong section then it will be harmful. Instead of learning sections you should understand the intent of the section & then write in the exam the intent of the law.
