25 June 2008 EOU means Export Oriented Units, established for the purpose of export business according the provisions of the ACT , purpose behing the provision is to improve export business for healthy and effective market

calculations for MAT minium Alternate taxes are done according the provisions of 115JB of Income Tax Act, methods have been clearly explained in the provision kindly refer the act and illustrations
suggest to check taxman singhania's direct tax laws book for ca final for practical problems,
