To score 50 plus marks in Tax, your concepts should be clear.

No need to just remember name of case laws and section numbers.

While reading Tax; first of all try to understand the provisions of the Income-tax. Don't learn sections at that time.

Read two-three latest Tax Referencer or similar magazines to know which sections are important.

After having all the knowledge about the provisions; then try to learn some of the important sections and case laws.
