Whether I can opt deemed profit U/s 44AD in a Manpower security contract to companies, Advertisement contract, labour contract etc...where TDS has deducted 2.06%?

Yes. all such activity are included on a combine reading of both the Section.

Hi,
Sec. 44AD is applicable for civil contractors or for supply of labour for civil contracts. In my opinion sec. 44AD is not applicable in your case.
