Employer contribution to EPF more than 12% of 6500/- is allowed ???/ I.e 12% of 20000/-00 is allowed for a company

yup.....see u can understand in logic ya....eer wanna contrb it s welfare f ees na....but in reality 99% is not doing....
so yes employer contribution can do more than statutory....
