If i want to file it return for F.Y 11-12 can i use same ITR form which is available on Income tax's website for A.Y 13-14

No you will have to use form for A. Y. 2012 - 13 only.

no if you file return of f.y. 2011-12 the you have to file in ITR Form OF F.y. 2011-12 other wise your f.y. 2011-12 income income consider as f.y. 2012-13 income
if you want F.y. 2011-12 then you go website incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in and download ITR Form F.y. 2011-12 Avilabel as A.y. 2012-13
