17 December 2012 dear sir ,
There is a problem in viewing the Form-26 AS . whenever i tried to access it , it displayed that the user id or password is incorrect but we havw viewed it a lot of times with same user id or password , what remedy is available to me I can't go for the option forgot password .

That wat happened with me few months back, try using different browser, say Chrome or Mozilla.

If it doesnt work then you dont have any option then resetting of password.

but the problem still resides , Will you
please show me the path of resetting the
password .If i go for the forgot password ? option then i am not able to fulfill all the requirements just as secret questions etc..

see on right side there is option for password reset.

also you can view tax credit of individual through your netbanking id of your banker.

HDFC & Axis bank provides same services.

18 December 2012 Dear sir ,
I followed the way you shown and fulfilled all the requirements but there it reflected User ID should not be same as PAN.but all our clients are registered as taking PAN as User ID . Actually WE are running a Chartered Accountant firm.
