Income of contact employees FY. 2016-17

Hi All,
I have filled the ITR 4 for contact employees income under sec 44ADA but my ITR Rejected saying defective section not applicable.
please assist me on this.

You return got rejected because U/s 44ADA you can return for specified profession and contact employees income is not a specified profession

File ITR3 claiming all the expenses

but it's asking sec AD /AE. Shall select AE
16 October 2017
Sec 44AD will not appear in ITR 3
