dear all,
1) i m having income from providing my crane on hire to the companies.
is it income from other sources i.e renting plant & machinery on hire OR is it my business income u/s 28??
2)also which ITR need to be filed in this case? ( is it ITR-4,4S or any other)

it depends you can show it as a business income.... either itr 4 or 4s can be filed.
