Q.2 can brother`s wife make a gift to the brother`s wife?

plz make it fast

ya ratan is right for the next Q brother`s wife can make a gift to the another`s brother`s wife?

HUF can make a gift to individual. Huf can also give gift to another HUF. Your 2nd question is confusing. Brothers wife can make a gift to another brothers wife.

17 June 2009 if huf gifts more than 50000 than it will be taxable as in the definition of relative huf is not covered.
