Dear sir,
A pastor/priest who receives his income through offerings from various people would like to file his ITR. Please suggest should he file his ITR under 44AD or 44ADA without maintaining books of accounts.

No. Pastor is not considered as a professional under IT act. He can file his ITR u/s. 44AD IT act.
