Is Income received by labour contractor is income from other sources (commission) since he is charges service charges for his services or is it income from business or profession. Whether such person can file ITR 1 (Sahaj)

Income from Business/profession
If his gross turnover is less than 1.0cr and wants to declares income @8% of Gross Turnover, then file ITR-4S.
Otherwise, gets books of accoutns audited by CA and file ITR-4
