Income from house property

08 July 2016 I have two properties one is SOP but another property is not let out for whole of the year. Then how can I calculate Income from deemed let out property when I did not earn any income from that House. Can I take NIL GAV for this. Please suggest me.

11 July 2016 The vacant property will not be treated as deemed let out and so its annual value will be nil. This is on the assumption that it was also not self occupied for even for some time.
