Income from house property

Mr.A has two houses one is for his own residence, and other for rent but there is no rental income and interest paid by him is Rs. 13,00,000/- what is income from house property??? please suggest me ?

Maximum interest exemption is Rs 1.5 lac as per section 24 of income tax.
whether second house in rented or not , tax will levied. if no rent income then on annual value as per municipality
