22 June 2013 Mr.A has two houses one is for his own residence, and other for rent but there is no rental income and interest paid by him is Rs. 13,00,000/- what is income from house property??? please suggest me ?

22 June 2013 Maximum interest exemption is Rs 1.5 lac as per section 24 of income tax.


whether second house in rented or not , tax will levied. if no rent income then on annual value as per municipality
