Dear Experts,
I would like to Know If I am doing Business in two District but same Business.
then Where I have to file IT Return where I am Resident ? or where I have taken PAN(Juridistion)?... both r different.T.O of the Business effect the IT Ward. or not ?

It should be filed at principal place of business.
In case of Individual -it may be where Assessee reside
In case firm_ address of business as given in deed
in case of company -registered office
In case of Individual -it may be where Assessee reside
In case firm_ address of business as given in deed
