My company name is sakthhi murugan transports Heavy passenger vehicke . partnership firm. Turn over is below 60 lakhs. can i file ITR 4 i want to know whether. this Heavy passenger vehicke comes under section 44AD or 44AE..

You may opt to file ITR4 U/S 44AD,as 44AE is not applicable for passenger transport.
