if Filed the return In ITR 2 for Tution Fee than ITO will receipt my ITR Please tell
yes or no if i have income only tution fee

You should file ITR IV only.
At the time of fixing receipt; the clerk is not aware of the fact that you are having income from vocation which is taxable as Business or Profession.
If income is not so good; then it may work and nothing will be asked; practically.
But; you should rectify your mistake in next time.

you have to aware about the ITR they only received your ITR not check recently when you submit the ITR to IT Ward.. so becareful while choosing & preparing ITR
