I Have uploaded INC Form 7,12&22& was resubmitted twice.the status is showing as"Invalid & not been taken for record" .my proposed name will be available till the date 18/05/2016 ,i have few queries.
1.am not able to upload new eform
2.if you want to upload fresh eforms,which forms are uploaded the complete the incorporation

Dear Sumal Kumar,
Due to Non-Compliance of requirement of the incorporation rules, Your form was not been taken on record and you have already resubmitted twice time. Now you can generate ticket on MCA for cancelling such name.
Then File INC -1 for Name Availability, once you got approval from ROC than You can file E-forms i.e INC-7, DIR-12 & INC-22 for Incorporation of your company( DO THE ENTIRE INCORPORATION PROCEDURE AGAIN)
