Inc 30 & inc 31

As per the new notification dated 01.05.2015, the Form INC 29 requires attachment of INC 30 (MOA) and INC 31 (AOA) templates.
I tried getting it from MCA website, bt did not find it.

Pls provide editable Form inc 30 & 31

It would be difficult to get editable format of INC-30 and INC-31. You need to make it yourself. Please check the amendment copy. They have given it.

07 May 2015 In amendment rules it is optional to adopt INC 30 or 31.
Because they used "MAY" word in notification.
