I want to incorporate a company by filing a single form i.c.inc29 how much cost it will incurred and how many days it will take kindly let me know.

is there is any thing to fear about if my name is not getting approved at one go then is there any possibilities of getting money lapse.

You will get one more chance to resubmit the form (without paying any money). At this time, you can ask ROC for proper name.

okay please tell what will be the overall charge for filling inc29 because on website its not showing that how money need to pay on ROC for inc29.
and one more thing suppose the name of property is Kaushik Dora & Sons
(property is rgstrd with kaushik and his 2 sons) and the electric bill is on the name of kaushik then whose NOC is rqr Kaushik Dora & Sons or only kaushik.

then only NOC from kaushik will work,his sons signature does not require na on NOC paper? and NOC should be on plain paper or on stamp paper
