15 January 2015 Hi. I have filed Form INC-1 and got the reply from mca to get NOC from say, abc co. What is the further procedure if i get NOC? What is the procedure if i don't get NOC? Thank you in advance

15 January 2015 You should take NOC from that entity through their board resolution and resubmit the form along with NOC(if the form is marked for resubmission).

If you do not get NOC, then might be you will not get the desired name.
