08 February 2016 Inadvertently excess Deposit of service tax then whether on exess deposit , company can receive interest on such excess deposit if yes or no then please mention circular or case law if any please mention.

10 March 2016 You need to apply for refund of service tax under section 11B of the Central excise and if the depat has not refunded within 3 month then interest would be paid
