18 March 2011 MY FIRM FILED ITR V2009-10 ,IN RETURN WE
ARE SHOW PARTNERS REMUNARATION IN P&L A/C 50.THAN WE GOT INTIMATION LATTER,IN INTIMATION THE COMPUTED FIRM PROFIT=PROFIT+REMUNATRION.BUT IT IS WRONG.
PLE CLEAR MY PROBLEM WHERE WE ARE SHOW PARTNERS REMUNARATION IN ITR V IN P&L A/C
?

18 March 2011 First, it is not ITR V it is called as ITR 5. ITR V is a verification form.

You should show the partner's remuneration in salary exps column.
