Mr. Taslim,
I do not know of which state you are referring to,however,tax invoice purchases are required to confirm the claim of input tax credit made in the return.In some ststes other purchases are also required to comply with different rules....

It is the rule of the VAT Act as enacted by the state, so accordingly a dealer under the act shall comply.
