For CA Final, I don't suggest any shortcut. Expectations from you at this level are very high. So, avoid shortcuts.
Still I am mentioning some topics in practical papers requiring more efforts:
Accounts: AS, Holding, Valuation.
SFM: Capital Budgeting, Derivatives, MF, Forex, Portfolio
Costing: OR (all topics), Std Consting, Trf Pricing, Decision Making (marginal)
DT: PGBP, CG, AP, Charitable Trust
IDT: Each and every topic. Every topic is imp.
