02 April 2017 Dear sir,
As per the latest amendment we have to use "amalgamation adjustment reserve a/c" for statutory reserves instead of "amalgamation adjustment a/c",
So sir i want to know where will this NEW
"amalgamation adjustment reserve a/c"
will be shown in balance sheet

In rtp it is written as show it as a separate line item,
What do you mean by this separate line item??
Pls reply ASAP,pls,pls,

03 April 2017 It will be shown under Reserve and Surplus.

Separate Line item means you have to show this under 'Reserve and Surplus' Separately as negative amount. Like below -

Reserve and Surplus -

General Reserve 40
Invest. Allowance Reserve 30
Amalgamation Adj. Reserve (10)
------------
60
